Refund and Exchange Policy

We put great care into crafting each garment, and our priority is to ensure that every customer receives the top-quality product we promised. While we are always happy to help, we also maintain clear guidelines to keep our exchange process fair and efficient for everyone.

All Sales Are Final

All purchases made through our website are final. However, we understand that sometimes a different size or item may be needed, and we are more than happy to help with an exchange, provided the conditions below are met.

Eligibility for Exchanges

We gladly accept exchanges when the following conditions are met:

  • The garment is unworn, unwashed, unused, and in original condition.
  • No perfume, smoke, deodorant, or makeup marks.
  • No stretching, signs of wear, or alterations.
  • All original tags, packaging, and accessories are included.
  • You request the exchange within 7 days of receiving your order.
  • Each order is eligible for one exchange only.

To protect product integrity, we cannot accept exchanges for items that do not meet these conditions.

Inspection Before Approval

All returned items undergo a quality inspection before approval. The exchange will only be processed if the product is verified to be in the same condition as when it was purchased.

Manufacturing Defects

If you receive an item with a manufacturing defect, we will gladly replace it.

Please note:

  • Claims must be made within 48 hours of delivery.
  • Clear photos of the defect must be provided.
  • Shipping charges for sending the replacement are paid by the customer.
  • Damage caused by misuse, washing, or normal wear and tear is not considered a manufacturing defect.

Shipping Fees

All shipping fees are non-refundable. Customers are responsible for all shipping costs associated with exchanges, unless we sent you the wrong item or size. If we made a mistake in your order, we will cover the cost of sending you the correct item.

Variation Disclaimer

Please note that slight differences in color may occur due to screen brightness and lighting. Many elements of our products are also handmade, and as a result, have small natural variations and imperfections. These unique details are a normal part of the craft and contribute to the character and authenticity of each Blue Cairo piece. Such variations do not qualify as manufacturing defects.

Damaged Packages During Delivery

If your package arrives damaged due to courier handling:

  • Report the issue within 24–48 hours of delivery.
  • Provide clear photos of the packaging and item.

We will assist you, but replacement shipping costs remain the customer’s responsibility.

Incorrect Address or Unreceived Packages

Blue Cairo is not responsible for delays or losses caused by:

  • Incorrect or incomplete shipping addresses
  • Customers not being available to receive the package
  • Packages returned due to failed delivery attempts

If a package is returned to us, reshipping fees must be paid before the item is sent again.
